Mayday tours federal officials through the Iberville & the St. Bernard

The United States will undergo a Universal Periodic Review (UPR) by the U.N. this year, and the Obama Administration came to New Orleans as the first stop in its multi-city tour to discuss the human rights challenges faced in the U.S.
